Parasoothe is a wellness application that provides guided nervous system exercises, breathing practices, and somatic techniques. The app is designed to support general wellness and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Parasoothe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises and content provided are for general wellness purposes only.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new wellness practice
If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any exercise, stop immediately
Do not use this app as a replacement for professional medical treatment
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Parasoothe offers subscription plans and a lifetime purchase option:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for its intended wellness purposes
Provide accurate information during account creation
Keep your account credentials secure
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Parasoothe — including text, audio, graphics, and software — is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parasoothe and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.
