• Health & Wellness Data: Your condition type, severity level, and practice preferences you provide during onboarding
• Usage Data: Practice completions, progress, and achievements stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our secure servers

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Personalize practice recommendations based on your condition
• Track your progress and maintain streaks
• Sync your data across devices (if you opt in)
• Send practice reminders (if enabled)

Data Storage & Security

Your data is primarily stored locally on your device. If you choose to create an account for cloud sync, your data is securely stored using Supabase with industry-standard encryption.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal or health data. Ever.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Secure authentication and optional cloud data storage
• Apple: App Store for distribution and in-app purchases

Your Rights

You can:

• Use the app without creating an account (data stays on device only)
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time
• Export your data upon request
• Opt out of notifications

Children's Privacy

Parasoothe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
